Refund policy

At Baaori, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. However, if something doesn’t fit right or arrives damaged, we’re here to help with an easy return and exchange process. (return and exchange procedures take approximately 10–15  days)


 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

( Note - The Exchange is not acceptable on winter products)
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Size Issues
  • Damaged or Defective Product

 Conditions for Return

To be eligible, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all original tags intact
  • Returned in original packaging

    ( Note - The Return is not acceptable on winter products)

 Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Instead:

  • A store credit (credit note) will be issued for eligible returns
  • This credit can be used for future purchases at Baaori

    ( Note - The Refund is not acceptable on winter products)

 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size or defect-related issues only. Exchange is allowed only once per order.
If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

 Return Shipping Charges

  • Rs. 200  will be charged for return/exchange shipping, to be borne by the customer.
  • If the item is damaged or defective, Baaori will bear the shipping cost.

Follow the instructions and fill in the required details to process your return smoothly.


Processing Time

Please allow 5 to 10 working days from the time we receive the returned product to process your store credit or exchange.
